OK, I am probably about to display my ignorance or lack of creativity.  But have you ever wondered why black olives come in 3 sizes at the grocery store?  You shoppers out there know what I’m talking about…olives in medium, large and extra large.  What’s the point?  I know the obvious answer is that they sort them and can them in there respective sizes.  But have you ever had a recipe that specifically called for “extra large” olives?  The funny thing is that it always stumps me at the grocery store!  I stand there deliberating over what size to get!  I usually opt for large (compromising on size).  But really, does anyone else out there have this dilemma?  Come on, don’t be shy…
