A few days ago the FDA approved the sale of cloned beef and pork in US Super Markets. It will probably be 4-5 years before we see cloned meat in the grocery stores; but I personally will most likely NOT purchase or consume this food. Not because I don’t agree with cloning; but because I don’t trust the FDA. As of late, they don’t have a great track record. I personally don’t want to put cloned beef into my body. I used to be a vegetarian, and still have some aversions to meat, so eating something cloned sort freaks me out anyway. What’s your two cents? Let me know what you think. Oh, BTW, the FDA says it will not require labeling on cloned meat.
